XMTD series digital thermostat control can be combined with diverse thermocouples to render an automatic measuring and control over the temperature. The adjusters therein serve for the entire measurement distance indication and full range regulating. The adjuster is the on-off regulating method. The adjusters have functions of the cold end automatic compensation and couple-breakage protection. The adjusters are nice-looking in style, easy for use cheap in price, providing a relatively high comparability between performance and price, widely used in the plastic machinery, packing machines, food-processing machinery as well as the light industrial, textile printing and dyeing industries which require the control on the temperature.

Note:
1.Follow the wiring diagram
2.Keep the temperature sensor in place and be careful not to tie it to the power cord or relay
3.After power on, set 90% of the required temperature value, and then set it to the required value after several actions
4.Heat up when the green light is on and stop when the red light is on
5. Match with silicon - controlled instruments. If the voltage jitter at both ends of the load is found, the pulse output on the terminal can be switched between two lines
